Unfiltered and monovarietal in order to keep the authentic texture and physical characteristics.

Annual harvest and distribution in small batch

Belongs to the category of olive oils that protect the blood lipids from oxidative stress and present important anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, cardioprotective and neuroprotective activity according to European Commission Health Claim Regulation EU-432/2012.

The standardization and packaging is carried out in Greece in accordance with the European Food Management Regulations promoting Environmental Sustainability.
